Who We Are

I'm Kate, & I am a happily married mother of 5 (all between the between the ages of 1 & 5!) I love to be busy, & having a creative outlet is an essential part of maintaining my sanity in my crazy household-- quilting does that for me. I came to sewing pretty recently in life, but I am a devoted fabric junkie & what free time I have is usually spent at my sewing machine.

I am Lisa, recently married, and we have four fur children (whom can be quite demanding of our attention). Started sewing about 2.5 years ago and have loved it since the day I started. I have always enjoyed art, and this is a new way to express myself, with a product I cuddle up and take a nap or reading a great book. I am looking forward to the adventure sewing takes me on, and learning as I go.

We've been friends since junior high. After moving cross country from each other, this blog is where we get together to share our crafting, quilting and sewing adventures. We hope you enjoy our adventures :)
